    I bought Weider "pure synthetic amino acids BCAA" when and how many tablets should I take a day?

    its really up to you. I would take the recommended dose for starters. Depending on what it says on the product, you can take it during or post workout, even pre workout if you want to.

    From what I could find...a serving size is 4 tablets. Maybe start with two and see how that works
