shoulder width = wrist diameter?

I've always wanted to know if my shoulder width is narrower than average and I think I've found a way to found out...

I think if your wrists are small > 6.5" , than you will have narrow shoulders regardless of height!

my wrists: 6.1"
shoulders: 16" (maybe incrementally more)
height: 5'9 1/2
ankles: 8.4"
waist: 29

my friend who's 5'5-5'6 had the same shoulder width & wrist measurement and I really want to know if its because of bone density as opposed to height or genetically being broad shouldered.

How do you measure shoulder width? If its just from end to end, that's going to be inaccurate.

I got 7" wrists and roughly 21-22" shoulder width. People say my shoulders make my head look small. You guise want big shoulders get your strict OHP strong as fucck.

Edit-nm, 21-22" but my delts pop out much further, dumb way to measure.

Itt, everyone is as wide as steve reeves. It's the distance straight accross, relaxed, no flexing, not along the curve of your chest....

shoulder width according to photo as best i could = 19.7

Did you measure joint to joint? I don't think any one is looking at the guide. On average a man is 16" to 18" from one joint to the other. when you measure delts you get extra 1-2 inches

Yeah I did bro. I understand, from delt to delt im 20.5" (small ass delts).
On a sidenote my shoulder width has increased since I started lifting, so for narrow shoulders there is a way out. Unless that was natural growth from puberty.

Hard to say without taking the tape measure around my back and adding more than I should. I'd say prob another 2"s total for delt to delt, maybe 2.5"
