I just moved away from that God-forsaken place. That place is a hell hole and I would advise you to get out. I went to club sport in henderson, but las vegas ****ing sucks for bodybuilders.

Lift at the 24 on rainbow/alta or town center/summ parkway depending on which is more convenient at the time.

Hey guys, new to the forum. I hit the LVAC on Flamingo & 215. Lifted regularly in college, kinda slacked off the last year or so. Gonna get back into it using the All Pro workout. I'll have a trainer give the routine a once over and add anything as needed. Anyway, anyone hit that gym and need a partner, I usually lift 3-4x per week, normally at nite, and some cardio on top of that.
