    Exclamation Frozen Meat patties

    I had a quick question... are frozen meat patties like the ones they sell at costco good for protein?? I always thought cause they were processed they were bad.

    you're talking about the kirkland products. the turkey patties have 35gs of p per patty. Ive used them for a long time as emergency food, but would not recommend them being a part of your standard diet unless you cant afford whole foods like steak, salmon and chicken breast

    Make sure it doesn't have a lot of Saturated Fat (try to stay under 3g per patty), Trans Fat (ALWAYS 0g) and Sodium (500mg or less), those are killers.

    Try to aim for a 95/5 ground beef (which is technically sirloin) when searching for patties.

    The costco turkey paddies are quite lean and the carbs are almost nonexistant. I use em frequently. Very convenient and if you breakdown the ingredients there's not a whole lot of additives.
