    Natural Peanut Butter and apple slices before bed?

    Sound alright to eat? I'm pretty sure for me it wouldnt really matter as I'm damn near underweight as it is..should probably eat about anything I want to eat

    It's fine i guess but i would add some protein with this as well. Maybe a casein shake? Or cottage cheese or a steak or whatever protein you like Heh.

    I have a big bowl of yogurt with sliced bananas and blueberries, and a couple heaping tbsp of PB right before I go to bed. Keeps me form waking up I'm the middle of the night due to hunger.
