Question Thinking about taking Jack3d, few questions.

    few questions bout jack3d:

    1) How many grams of creatine mono should i take ontop of it? Should i take the extra ontop of jack3d for a pre, or should i take it post?

    2) Is there any better preworkout sups instead of jack3d in your opinion?

    3) What's your opinion on Jack3d?

    Thanks in advance.

    I love jack3d. And I take 5g mono everyday even if I used jack3d.

Not every supplement that works for 1 person will work for everyone.

but, I've tried NO-Xplode, SuperPump 250, and Jack3d, and Jack3d is BY FAR the best of those three.
    bench press- 255 pounds

    squat- 225x5- dayum

    deadlift- 390 pounds

Jacked is one of my favorite pre workouts along with sp250 and belive it or not NO-shotgun. I take size on mp with it. and imo if you havent trieed jacked yet (at lleaast once) you should due to the fact that most people get the best reaction from it

I don't think genetics has anything to do with it really.

You know this thing called milk? Pretty cool, and cheap too, lots of protein and easy-to-drink calories, you can spend your money on it instead of Jack3d. You know, eating is crucial, pre-workout supplements are not necessary though.

    this is very true
but i also love PWO supps.
I've taken NO Shotgun, AllMax MusclePrime, SP250 and am currently trying my first container of Jack3d.
Works great, sick pumps, and I don't feel the hyperness I have felt sometimes while taking other PWO, just super energized and pumped the **** up.
24 bucks, can't go wrong IMO.
I would definetly also look at 1.M.R.

Yeah, I got nothing against supplements man, but OP's 138 pounds and he's asking for jack3d... Seems like a non-sense, right? Hey, you've got a pretty solid physique, good work man. Repped.

20 lbs in two weeks??? Holy **** haha

Yeah if you can stick with it consistently for a long while, then I'd say go for it and try the Jack3d out.

Jack3d is the ****T! I'm glad I did research on it, otherwise I'd probably be stuck with ****ty N.O. xplode.

1.5 scoops of Jack3d, some Weezy or Metallica and i'm ready to destroy the weights.

I take jack3d, and I think it's great. Although I have not taken any other pre-workout supplement. Although I did try N.O. Fury from Six Star, and it was good, although jack3d is much better.

Fortounas Bud, By no mean am i trying to be negative but at your current weight i really don't feel you would benefit a great deal from preworkout shakes. Pre-workout are expensive and generally taste like ***. You would benefit exponentially more by eating more protein and carbs at about a 60:40 percent ratio. If you have the money to blow spend it on a really high quality protein like nitrotech and hack down 2-3 shakes a day. On top of this try out the GOMAD diet, in which you drink a Gallon Of Milk A Day spread out during and in between meals. I guarantee you'll be look at impressive results

This being said we're both teenagers so we both know that your probably going to get the pre-workout powder anyway. A tonne of my friends are on that Jacked stuff and have pretty positive results.

Good job and the rebound from drugs though bud, They used to call me Mary Jane myself and i experiment on a tonne of hard ****. ahaha if you plan on gaining better stay far away from the hard **** though
Shout out to the misc you know how we do. Ladies, spoon pics, tits, or get the phuck out.

This being said we're both teenagers so we both know that your probably going to get the pre-workout powder anyway. A tonne of my friends are on that Jacked stuff and have pretty positive results.

Good job and the rebound from drugs though bud, They used to call me Mary Jane myself and i experiment on a tonne of hard ****. ahaha if you plan on gaining better stay far away from the hard **** though
how the phuck does his weight have anything to do with a preworkout supp to boost his energy? no matter what weight you are, diet always is most important but a boost of energy can never hurt.

You know he doesn't have to choose between drinking milk and buying jack3d right? Some people have enough money that they can buy both a pre-workout AND milk! Amazing.

I've been on jack3d for over a month now and honestly i've only felt a pump once and it was mid workout and it didn't last too long. The reason why I went on it was because a majority of my friends were on it and got good gains from it. However, with this being said... I know a few other guys like myself in which jack3d had no effect on me at all. Also tried NO xplode and it didn't work on me either, waiting for bodybuilding.com store to ship me my super pump 250 i'm still in search of a prework out that's for me..

P.S: For Jack3d I've taken 3 scoops, 2 scoops, 1 scoop etc. and no effect
but best to you and I hope it works if you do decide to give it a try

well i've noticed that preworkout supps can help you if you're feeling tired but you still may feel out of it when lifting. but if you had a good night sleep, eat a meal an hour or so before, then take a preworkout supp it puts you on another level...you feel like you can always bust out an extra rep. feelsgoodman.jpg.

yeah i get minimum 10 hrs of sleep a night and i usually have a decent sized snack at like 300-500 cals before hand ontop of 5g of creatine but idk i feel like i can do another rep but when i do it i use all my force and it goes about halfways and never fully works
