    how to hide my collar bone?

    my collar bone is really viable above my shoulder, what exercises could i do to hide it? im currently doing incline bench press to hide my collar bone on my chest but im not sure about my shoulders

    Any reason you want to "hide your collar bone"? I don't think I've ever heard of this as a goal before.

    Son, ill help you on this one.

    I was the same at 17, 5'10 and a buck thirty, collar bones came out so far and it felt annoying and t shirts didnt fit well, i ate heaps and heaps gaining size and then over time with heavy inclines, heavy DB press, Heavy pull overs and overtime this lead to the collar bones gradually disappearing.. keep eating lift heavy on incline and just get that weight up
