Hey guys just a few questions on this supp. What should I take with this cleanser just a multi? I'm doing it for 7 days and just cleaning everything out of my body colon prostate liver ect. I'm going to continue to lift on it should I take my protein shake still ? Or just go cold turkey on all supps for 7 days? Thanks and reps for replies.

Definitely. The guy at the store I purchased it from told me that it was highly praised by his customers. The way I see it, clean out my system so that the supplements I'm taking now are more effective, if this stuff does what it advertises. Would be nice to have the clean intestines of a child that hasn't been through years and years of nasty foods.Originally Posted by LouPole

I guess I'll do a mini review of it in here. I'm not taking any other sups right now, figured I'll go ahead and detox completely. Took 4 pills last night, and an hour before bed I had to take a massive deuce. Went and did the deed and I see some weird clumps of stuff with black stuff inside. Hmmm is it working that fast I thought? And then I remembered for breakfast I had some granola with raisins inside. I think the granola was just in a hurry to escape. I started my 2nd dose earlier today. I read the bottle and you have to take 4 in the AM, 4 in the PM, and drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. I'm guessing the water probably has more to do with cleaning out peoples' systems than the actual pills do. We'll see though.

Supplements such as NAC, SAMe, Na-RALA, TMG, ect. are much more effective, as they effectively enhance the glutathione detoxification pathway.

I finished the whole bottle, and didn't notice anything. I'm sure I didn't drink as much water as I should, but I drank more water than I typically do. I did get some cramping near the end though and had to make constant restroom breaks on the day after I stopped. I don't think I'd recommend this product, especially if you don't get in the amount of water they require.
