Uk people will have heard of the biscuits Hobnob's and they're oats version. For 300g you pay £1.19. And per 100g it has 473 calories in it. The whole pack is about 1420 calories. Is it just me or 1420 calories for just over a pound a bit mad. Now obesity all makes sense

i think you got a really good point , for instance i went to my local supermarket earlier this week and bought 4 bags of frozen raw king prawns which were half price at £2.50 per bag , so theyre usualy £5 per bag with only 1 meals worth in each bag (around about 15 prawns per bag) , whereas for £1 i could get a box of 50 processed beef burgers which would easily do me 25 meals so for the price of 1 low calory high protein clean meal i could of bought 125 high calory high fat processed meals (if prawns were full price) !
that to me in a world where everyone is encouraged to eat good and live a healthy life plus the fact that a prawn fisherman can bring up over 5000 prawn per net is ridiculous !

so i could of used cheap burgers which are around 300kcal per burger 16g of protein and 16g of fat to replace a bag of prawns which is 230 kcal 43g of protein and 5g of fat :S id have to somehow take 2 3rds of the burger with 3 times the amount of protein and 1 3rd the amount of fat ,,, impossible if you ask me
