    How much sugar is too much sugar (for me)?

    I eat quite a bit of fruit and honey, and my sugar intake usually tops out around 130-150 grams a day. Most of the stuff I've read says 60 grams max, but I know that isn't right for someone with my activity level (1.6-1.7). I work out 5 days a week and I'm bulking right now at 5'10" 170lbs. Just trying to determine what is too much. If it helps, here is a usual breakdown of the foods I eat containing sugar. I don't need responses on meal timing or my frequency unless it pertains to the question. I know it is largely irrelevant, this is simply MY sugar intake laid out for the purposes of the question.

    4am: Banana (~20 grams sugar)
    7am: Apple or Pear (~15 grams sugar)
    10am: Sweet potato and/or salad (~20 grams sugar)
    2pm: Plum and mixed veggies (~20 grams sugar)
    6pm: Dinner with the family, occasionally containing good old table sugar (~20 grams sugar)
    8pm: Strawberries, blueberries, grapes. Homemade ice cream w/ cottage cheese and honey as sweetener (~50 grams sugar)

    Total: 130-150 grams. Again, this is just a general intake. Sometimes I eat 3 meals, sometimes 4, sometimes 5, sometimes 6. The foods are fairly consistent though, and the sugar total is pretty consistent as well.
