In Photoshop, open your picture to make a bubble out of.



In the Layers window, click where the arrow is marked below. (if the Layers window isn't open, open it at the top of your Photoshop window under window, layers.)

Then choose Solid Color.



This will create a Solid Color Layer like below. Make sure this layer is selected and set the opacity to around 50%.



Make sure the Layer Mask is selected. (arrow highlighted in photo below, just click on it to select it) Then using a hard black brush, click in your photo where you want to put a bubble. (you can adjust your brush size with the [ key to make it smaller or the ] key to make your brush larger.)



Keep doing this until you have finished.



Now adjust your opacity back to 100%.



Then click over where the red arrow is and choose Flatten Image



Then Fap.
