    tried these today. the batter tasted awesome. i was a little disappointed in the final product just because the batter tasted so good, but they were still pretty good for what they are. I had to order the beans online cause nobody carries them around here. thanks for the recipe.

    Hey man, just so you know, publix carries their own brand (greenwise) of canned organic soybeans (its in the canned vegetable aisles next to all the other beans). The publix brand also only has only has 1 net carb. I purchase them from there for about half the price that I was about to pay online for the Eden soybeans.

    Also thanks for the recipe, they were a great treat!

    -1 (15 ounce) can WHITE soy beans
    -3 eggs
    -3 tablespoons coconut oil
    -1/4 cup cocoa powder
    -1 pinch salt
    -1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    -3/4 cup Splenda
    -1.5 teaspoon instant coffee
    -1/3 cup Almonds
    -1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds

    Saturated Fat: 21.7g
    Total Carbohydrate: 73.18g
