    Full diet break

I suppose this goes here in keto section.

After doing PSMF or dieting for a long time, I'm supposed to do a full diet break for 10-14 days to upregulate your hormones and health, etc; at maintenance calories.

Calories are at about maintenance. Protein is 1g/lb. I'm a young male, say about 15% bf.

Reading the nutrition stickies I came up with: Total: 2500 kcal 225g 180g 100g c/p/f

It occured to me that I don't know how to do this, is it any different for people coming out of keto? Are my macros and calories good?

Oh, I should also mention I don't want a rebound effect. I don't mind the water, but don't want to gain fat.
