    Protien intake, drinks, bars

Hi. I just lost 60 lbs over the last 5 months. I weight train 4 days a week and do some form of cardio daily, I also do an hr a day of cardio three days week on my non weight days. I'm 6'1", 217 lbs, 46 yrs old and I'm still loosing body fat but I want to continue to build muscle. I drink a 52g whey protien shake right after a weight lifting day workout. I eat a protien with each dinner, usually turkey or chicken but I want to amp up my protien intake or for that matter, anything that will boost my muscle growth. I've been eating the Pure Protien bars, 20g protien as a snack at 10 am each day but I'm finding out now that the protien isn't quality whey protien. Can anyone tell me how I can bump up my protien intake via bars, or anything for that matter. I'm still trying to loose body fat so I have to stay away from sugar and just about every bar I look at is loaded with 20 plus grams of sugar, may as well be a Coke. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
