    Awesome workout today. Last time I did clean and jerks, I was only able to hit 175. This time I easily hit 185 for three singles. I got the nerve to add 5lbs to each side, and I hit another three singles with 195lbs. Not much, but not bad for someone who doesn't lift Oly at all.

    I was pumped to say the least. BTN's definitely paid off!

    Started today's workout with squats. For some reason my lower back started to bother me - I think I slept on it wrong over the weekend, because it was fine until Sunday.

    Military Press // Pull-ups -

    65 x 1 x 6 // BW+45 x 5 x 3
    95 x 1 x 3 // BW+25 x 3 x 5

    Today's workout was pretty good. I'm kind of pissed my lower back is tweaked AGAIN....just by sleeping on it wrong. So I'm going to stretch it out and wait on legs until it feels better.
