Hi my names Chris, I'm 23 years old and been working out for about 6 years now. I currently work at Gnc, and have basically tried everything. I was recently told about bodybuilding.com and about the forums they have, and have decided to do one myself. I have recently finished Jack3d. I thought it was pretty decent in the beginning but after a week or two I began to crash really hard on it. Apparently I'm not the only one, a couple people I have talked to, mostly customers and they have said the same thing. Just recently I heard about this Nutrex concentrated Hemo-Rage. I just took it for bench day and i was glued to the weights. GREAT Workout! So now i have decided to do a log while on it.
First Day:
Took pre-workout 30min before workout
-Did 4 sets of flat barbell bench
-4 sets of incline dumbbell bench
-3 sets of decline barbell bench
-2 sets of incline flys
-2 sets of decline flys
-Between sets ab workouts (weighted crunchs, leg lifts, oblique raises)
-Treadmill for 2.2 miles about 25min.
I had great energy and focus throughout the whole workout. Was very surprised because I had no jitters what so ever and after sets I had no fatigue. The running on the treadmill blew me away!!!!

Shoulder day
I worked out saturday but I am posting it now.
Took my Hemo-Rage Ultra Concentrate (which I love) 30 min before my workout.
I took it also because i was feeling a little under the weather and figured a stimulant would help(which it did).
Started off with ten minutes of running.
Which i usually don't but i wanted to sweat out any virus i had.
After that, I did smith machine shoulder press.
Warm-up set with 2 45Ib weights on each side for 14 reps.
First set 55Ibs on each side for 12 reps
Second set same as first
third set same as first
fourth set same weight 10 reps
Dumbell shoulder raises super set with lower deltoid raises
Shoulder raises: 3 sets of 20Ib dumbell for 10 reps
Deltoid raises: 2 sets of 20Ibs for 10 reps
1 set of 25Ibs for 8 reps
Shrugs barbell
First set 135IB 14 reps
Second set 225Ib 10 reps
Third set 315Ib 5 reps
Fourth set 315Ib 5 reps
Finally ended with a 1 mile run on treadmill.
Hemo-Rage is great for endurance! And i actually felt a lot better after my workout.

The Hemorage ultra arrived today, just got done working out with it and had to post some feedback. I trained legs today and you need all the help you can get when you train legs. This is the strongest preworkout supplement i have ever tried. You werent kidding about the focus you get when you take this, after 5 sets of squats 4 sets of leg press and 3 sets of walking dumbbell lunges im usually barely able to walk out of the gym but i had so much more of a drive that i decided to jog on the treadmill for 30 min. I have tried there other formula and like most others i barely felt anything off of it probably because Ive been on preworkouts for so long.

You are all idiots !
People! If you think this product is more concentrated and better than "Jack3d" you're idiots, who can't even do a simple calculations !
Hemo-Rage Black Ultra Concentrated :
" 294g Bruisin Berry
Serving Size: 1 Scoop (9.8g)
Servings Per Container: 30
..."
while
Jack3d :
" 250 Grams Lemon Lime
Supplement Facts
Serving Size1Scoop(5.55grams)
Servings Per Container:45
..."
One scoop of Hemo-Rage is almost 10 gr, while one scoop of Jak3d is only 5.5 gr, so here is the one million question : which one is more concentrated ?!
God! I never stop questioning myself, how stupid people can get. But i admire these companies, who make millions on morons like you, that's why i'm giving it 10 of 10 .

You do realize that Hemo-Rage only recomends 1/3 scoop as the standard dose and a 1 SCOOP MAXIMUM. While Jack3d recomends 3 whole scoops.
So using the Hemo-Rage 1 scoop maximum at 10 gr, and the Jack3d 3 scoop maximum (5.5 x 3 = 16.5 gr) at 16.5 gr, you shall see that Hemo-Rage is indeed more concentrated. 10 gr < 16.5 gr
Who's the idiot now?
