Hey guys, I have never really followed a specific program before and would like to give the 5/3/1 a shot. I think a planned deload week plus the small buildup ideas will help me out a lot. ( I did buy the E-book and plan on following as written)
Let me know what you think. What or if you think I should change.
Sunday:
BB bench
-Assistance: DB bench, Dips, Weighted crunch's
Wednesday:
Squat
-Assistance: Front squat, Pull-ups, Stiff leg DL
Thursday:
OH Press
-Assistance: Dips, Seated DB Mil press, Weighted crunch's
Saturday:
Deadlift (Sumo)
-Assistance: Kroc rows, Pull-ups, DB curls, Back raise (holding weights)
