Especially little things like that. And every step and more likely every misstep led to where I am now. This also applies to my body. I don't think my physique is anything special, but I'm proud of it but I definitely don't attribute it to trying 1-AD. Some people don't think I'm technically natural because of it. C'est la vie.
If 1-AD was even possibly 1% responsible for where I am now... well then, I can't regret it. I did read a study where steroids do increase one's potential for increased mass years after even without it. So if 1-AD helped me get to 18" arms cold (biggest I ever had it in 2009) 4 years after taking it, well then... I'd do it all over again.
    Cheers.
18inch arms at 184lbs is insane, you're on par with clive. Great job man.

Thank you. Unfortunately its not there right now. Funny thing is that even when I was 187 (just below) I didn't stretch it to 18" again. Right now, its on the smaller side because of elbow and wrist problems. Haven't been able to train my arms too much since january. I've actually just been using the empty oly bar to do curls.

I watch my intake almost year round. Whether cutting or bulking. I also actually only allow myself to 'bulk' maybe 2-4 month a year. If that. And even then... as I said earlier my heaviest has been 187lbs... this year for my bulk I would be happy with getting to 188 or 189lbs and then trying to hold it there for a month.

Something else to try or consider... just as when cutting, its sometimes advised to have higher calories once or twice per week. When bulking, you could also have one or two days per week, perhaps on rest days where you consume only maintenance or below maintenance calories.
