    Can you gain fat while not exceeding over BMR?

    My BMR is 1,850, If i eat less then that and not workout for a week will i gain fat and lose weight or stay at a constant weight and gain fat? My saturated fat would be less then 15 grams a day also what y'all think?

    If you're eating less than your BMR then you would lose weight. Why would you gain weight..?

    Ive been fasting, and to me it looks like i have extra more fat but im still not sure and thats nice to hear that I wont

    If you've been fasting you're probably looking little fatter 'cause you're muscles are deflated from lack of.. well just about anything, eat some carbs, drink some aqua, go hunt down a deer caveman style, they'll pop right back up.
