This is me between summer of 2003 and August 2010. I had already lost a little over 40lbs back in 2003. I'm heavier now but my body has changed a lot since then. I'm a constant work in progress

Thanks! Believe it or not but I am about 10lbs heavier now than I was in 2003. But with all the muscle I put on, that's to be expected. But it's really cool to see the progress over time.

Great stuff ladies! I love seeing these all consolidated in one place and I can't wait to keep checking back.

Here's mine so far...this only about a 6lb difference, but there was a LOT of change in the tape (2+ inches in my waist, for one!). Also, don't have any good full body shots from before before at about 12-15lbs heavier. Still lots of fat loss and muscle strengthening to go yet, but I'm happy with the progress so far!

I started at the gym in Fall of 2009. I topped out at 201 lbs. I didn't get serious until the week after Christmas in 2009. I'm at 169 lbs now. I'm sure I would be at my goal weight if I could (I mean would) keep my diet in check.

Looks great already though. And I know what you mean about the lack of 'heavy pics' I weighed 190+lbs at one point right but I have no pictures of that. Just pictures of when I had already dropped 40lbs.

Everyone who has posted thus far has made amazing progress. I love these threads, very inspirational! My background is a little different so my progress has been in weight gain rather than weight loss.

Here is one example. There is about a 10 lbs difference between before and after:



Here are some more examples, but a 20 lbs difference between before/afters.

I have a lot more in my progress pictures section, but these give a good idea. My progress right now has stalled, but for good reason (I'm 12 weeks pregnant!). Once I deliver and I've healed enough I'll have to work on gaining back some lost muscle I'm sure (and then some).

As someone currently recovering from Anorexia, you really are an inspiration!
