Thank you so much! Lets see.. I love wide grip pull ups! I started out doing them with the assisted pull up machine and can now do 7 unassisted. I also really love one-arm rows, bent over barbell rows, cable rows, and the lat pull down! On the lat-pull downs and the cable rows I do dropsets a lot which seem to help with strength!

No one is going to care more about your progress than you. Everyone else is too busy chasing their own. You either do what you need to do to progress, or you remain where you are. The choice is yours.

Wow, everyone looks amazing. I look forward to one day (hopefully soon) having that much muscle definition.
Anyway, I think my first picture was about two years ago (notice the delightful Chipotle burrito in my hand), picture two was about six months ago (I still have a big head, but you can tell from my face it's a bit leaner), and pic three was last week. I'm trying get down to that 18-20% body fat right now, without sacrificing my precious muscles."Pain is weakness leaving the body."

I know how you feel like you wouldn't believe lol. I weighed 170 before both of my pregnancies. Baby #1 was a 26week preemie born in 11-08 and only gained 18lbs. Baby # 2 Jan 2010 went from 175-215. I felt like an Elephant. I lost all the baby weight by March down to 175 with out much effort just changed diet. I started exercising etc in the past 6 weeks and i'm down to 160.2. This was not easy and your progress is great! Oh and I am only 5'1 so I was big. Still got a long way to go too.

Hi all. Thought I would share. The first pic was taken in Feb, the second taken in late march, and the third on Aug 30th. I stopped working out for a few months in between April and July for family issues combined with replacing every window in the house ourselves. Lost a lot of motivation, diet went down the toilet, and progress stalled. Well, I am back at it now and already seeing results. Just thought I would share.___________________________________________________________________________
