Well, I won't call em before and afters, but here is my 'before' when I started with Emma-Leigh in March (this year) Till Now I'm a little over a month into my 2nd program with her, and FAR from being done...
I have earlier before pics in my profile
IF ANYONE is deciding on whether they would like to work with Emma-Leigh, these pics will speak for themselves...but...SHE IS FABULOUS!!!!!~Impatience never demanded success~

Should probably stop lurking around and post some pics of myself :S
First one was taken at a New Years party at the beginning of this year. I'd been recovering from serious illness for what seemed like forever and felt like hell thanks to a series of pessimistic doctors' opinions (note the arms crossed to hide the fact that my clothes barely fitted). the second one was taken a few weeks ago; I look far too skinny in it but its still progress
I might not be there now but I've been there and there's nothing stopping me being there again

Here are mine..
First 1 was taken in January of 2008... At my all-time highest of 160lbs for 5'5, and around 28%BF (calipers).
Last 2 were taken earlier this month. And I just started NROL4W yesterday and eating at maintenance, so hopefully, I can post better after pictures in 6 months!RISK more than others think is safe.

You guys have all made such astounding progress! I'm afraid mine hasn't been quite so drastic, but definately very inspirational! I'll think of these pictures next time I reach for that extra tablespoon of peanut butter

Me last June at my heaviest:
Me taken a few days ago. It's not as accurate as in real life since I look a bit smaller than actuality in this pic.

These transformations are incredible ladies - I keep looking at some of these before/ afters in disbelief.
I posted these before in a 'skinny to fit' thread but will repost here:
I've been skinny fat, to fit, to post-baby flubbery and back again.
Before, superskinny, no curves (not much over 100lbs):
This is after a few years of working out but not eating properly (fitter but still not a lot of muscle size):
And then babies came and for the first time had to LOSE instead of gain (sorry I hide from cameras when I don't like how I look):
I just bulked for over a year so don't look quite as good as one would hope lol, but here one from before I started this bulk:
And most recent (during bulk):
And will prob have a new chapter to my body progress in a while as I am pregnant with my 3rd, so the cycle begins againCSCS

ilovethe80s, congratulations on your pregnancy!"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever. That surrender, even the smallest act of giving up, stays with me. So when I feel like quitting, I ask myself, which would I rather live with?" - Lance Armstrong

Love seeing everyone pics, so inspiring! I have taken my "offical" after (for cutting, before for bulk) photos today (my bulk starts Sep 1st, yay!). I am of course still a work in progress, but am happy to see that I *do* look different than when I started - hadn't peeked at those pics for a while.
First photos from Apr 15th, second set of photos from today (Aug 26th). I had my wedding and 2 1/2 week honeymoon from the middle of June, and gained a bunch of fat that look me a whole month to get to pre-wedding stats. However, I did progress a bit since then measurement-wise, even though the scale has not budged much the past month and still eating at a deficit.
Oh, and I have had two kids (just turned 3 and 6!)
