Progress pictures are really inspiring.
I should take some now to be able to compare them in the future, but I feel soooo bad about my (rounded) curves that I don't dare posing.
It is a really weird feeling.
Maybe on the weekend....

[QUOTE=heidismommy;535689373]Everyone who has posted thus far has made amazing progress. I love these threads, very inspirational! My background is a little different so my progress has been in weight gain rather than weight loss.
Wow! That is seriously impressive! And you're pregnant! Congrats!
Really good transformation. Thanks for reminding us that there's also transformations out there that actually work the other way around and are every bit as hard, if not harder....
you are definitely an inspiration

Good job ladies! Would have loved a post like this when I first came to bb.com.
Progress over a year w/ pauses and learning as I went. Lost about 10#(nearly 4" off waist) and doubled my strength.GOAL: I want to be more, do more, live more.

Great thread!
Wow - I'm glad I came across this thread! I have my inspiration for the day/week/month, etc! :-)
I began a transformation in January 2009 after popping out 2 kiddos and taking a 5 year hiatus from the gym. Here are mine:
The first one I was 137 lbs and was measured @ 36% bodyfat (calipers)
The second one (8/15/10) I weigh 133 and am about 18 - 19% bodyfat (calipers). In the second one I am 7 weeks into a 12 week bulking plan and was much leaner in April 2010 (pics on bodyspace page).

Exactly!! I know SO many moms at the gym who look amazing. Including the ones that have many kids AND compete.
I think it's even more important that our children see that it's important for us moms to take time for ourselves, and provide a healthy lifestyle for our kids.Mrs. Hessunit as of May 11, 2013

Ok ladies I still have a LONG way to go. I am looking to drop about 20lbs more and get a lot more definition. But this is my progress since Jan 2010 after baby # 3 in 3 years arrived! I am SO embarrassed to even post this picture, I feel like I still look like my before pic!!
