Thanks! Sure -- shoulders get a separate day because my rear delt gets exhausted really, really quick but here's back:
Assisted wide grip military pull ups, 3x8-10
Lat pulldowns, 4x8-10
Cable low row, 3x8-10
Bent over DB row, 3x8-10
BB shrugs, 4x10-12
I am thinking about doing 6-8 weeks of the 5x5 program I've been reading so much about though!

So I posted some progress pics a little while back but since then something else has happened. My legs have started to thin out. Well sort of. They are not much thinner but I'm showing more muscle tone. Like my pelvic area and my quads are starting to show. May not be much but it's a first for me! I've always had big legs but NEVER had muscle tone. So for me this is a big thing

Very impressive! Nice to see that you did not lose sight of your goals for the year and accomplished so much. Good luck throughout this year as well.
Great job to everyone else. I'm going to try and get in on one of these soon to hold myself more accountable for my goals as well.Pain is weakness leaving the body.

LOVE all the AWESOME transformation pics ladies, you are all such a true inspiration My started in 11/09 when I hit 245lbs pregnant with baby #3 in 3 years. She was a surrogate for friends of ours. It was a incredible journey, but the weight got out of control from all the meds and bad eating habits!! Its been a year and a month and so far I am down about 90lbs with only 10 left to go!! Cannot WAIT until I hit that 'goal' weight and a total of 100lbs lost!! Thank you for reading girls!! Hugs! xoxo
