I am 5 yrs in Canada but coming back to UK next week for 2 week vacation...on my list of priorities....
....Chinese, Indian, Fish and Chips, Kebab, 1 pound beers, BBQ at friends and family, talking cockney and being understood, english birds wearing very little, galaxy chocolate, decent TV and much much moreThe body doesn't struggle to lose weight...the mind does - keep measurements, keep your sanity.
I'm an Englishman living in Canada...oh how I miss a decent curry!
Former skinny fat member @ 158lbs - now 205lbs and 15%. It's been a long journey but a rewarding one.
