Are you on keto? if not, don't be scared to add some sauce to it. i could NEVER eat a bland chicken breast with nothing on it. But a couple table spoons of bbq sauce makes it a wonderful thing!

Look into greek and middle eastern chicken recipes. Usually jus some oils n spices, so not many carbs at all.

But overall, better adding a few carbs with sauce and sticking to eating it, then not at all

    Cook a chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
    Top with ham or bacon
Top that with 1-2 slices Swiss cheese
Run under broiler until cheese is gooey and melty
    Serve with Dijonnaise

dude if it is dry, you are cooking it way to wrong, do you have a grill? even a foreman? cook it hot and fast, invest in a quick read thermometer and you will be eating juicy chicken instead of dry chicken, you can pull breasts at 170 degrees, put on a plate and cover with foil for a bit,

here are a few recipes, not really recipes but just guide lines

chicken is very forgiving. want a good seasoned piece to cut up and throw in salad, sprinkle both sides with garlic, pepper, cayenne, cumin, and cook it up.

You can also grind up pork skins, and bread chicken with it em and bake like you would shake n bake.

find some of the lowest carb catelina salad dressing and marinate the breasts in it, then grill, top with thin slices of cream cheese in the last bit of cooking, pull when the cheese is soften. i know catelina is not low carb, but it will only add like 2g per breast.

best thing to do to chicken breast is grill over a hot fire. sprinkle your favorite spices on, grill about 7-10min a side, put a light coating of hickory bbq sauce on and enjoy.

and check out allrecipes.com, gives nutrition info on thier recipes and you can search by cut of meat

I know what you mean bud; usually I just eat a breast baked with some spices and olive oil ontop. But when I get a real hankering for something more i make Lemon Chicken:

    Lemon Chicken:

In a bowl; mix the following:

    -2-3cloves garlic
-2tbspn lemon pepper seasoning (more or less, it's all a matter of choice)
    -2-3 tbspn diced onion
    - 1 cup sour cream

Stir with a spoon untill thouroughly mixed.

Next, place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sourcream mixture on top of the breasts. Bake @350 until chicken is cooked.

Fk the breast man.....BBQ up some chicken thighs with seasoning of choice and you are good to go. Assuming you are doing keto so thighs are definitely more ideal and better tasting IMO.

I 3rd the thighs. I've always thought thighs were better tasting than breasts.

    ...

There really should be a better way of saying that...

Anyway, last time I cooked some, took out 2 frozen thighs, put in a zip lock bag, and liberally covered with hot sauce and a couple shakes of chili powder.

Let sit in the fridge until completely thawed out (about a day), then cooked in 2 tablespoons of butter. There was some burnt on stuff in the cast iron after the chicken was done. I put about 2 tablespoons of heavy cream in there and scraped all of the gunk off, it made a gravy of sorts, which I put right back over the chicken.

Optional, you can add some sour cream (full fat).

Man, that was a great meal!
No matter where you go, there you are.

if your on a low carb diet, you SHOULD put oil on it

this is my fav chicken breast recipe

cut up a small chicken breast into pieces, fry them on oil until tender
add a whipped egg, and like 5oz of whipping cream, and cook them with the chicken
now add alot of cheese, preferably mozzerella mixed with cheddar

youll have a creamy/cheesy/eggy sause with those chicken pieces
Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well

I take my chicken breasts and dip them in egg, then coat in ground pork rinds. Fry in some oil on each side to make crisp, then toss it in the toaster oven for about 20 min to finish cooking.

If you top with a small amount of tomato sauce and some cheese you have chicken Parmesan.

screw grills if you live in an apartment complex do this

set your oven to 350 and get an oven pan ready..

take a frying pan, put a table spoon of olive oil, put that **** on high heat. Tip the pan so you can see the olive oil sliding to one side, if it looks wavy its ready

    - drop the meat in there, leave it on there for a minute then flip over to the other side for another minute

put the chicken on the oven pan and put it inside the oven in the middle and set the timer for 10-12minutes

take it out let it sit for 4-5 minutes and bam perfect chicken!

I have an awesome recipe. Take 6-8 ounces of chicken breast, pound it out flat. Then dip it into egg beaters, and then into parmesan cheese, and pan fry in olive oil, or macadamia nut oil. Put a tablespoon or spaghetti sauce on top.

yeah because THE LAW states you have to eat chicken breasts dry as ****
you TOTALLY can't just cut them up and mix them into a salad,or make a sandwich out of them,or hell if you're bold cut the chicken breast in half and have some damn mashed potatoes or stuffing or spaghetti with some slight hot sauce with it

You can pretty much do whatever you want with chicken. Here is one I make a lot thats simple.

    - Olive oil in pan
    - On med/high heat cook outside of chicken breast to nice brown
    - Turn down heat and add green Tabasco (mild)
    - Add two slices of turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, and a slice of cheese of choice over top.
    - Put lid on to melt cheese together.
    - Devour

Kinda late but i just joined so give me a break haha.

I love cooking it this way and seeing how you said with no oil it will work...

This works best with a flattend/sliced breast meat about 1/2 inch thick

Get pan hot between medhi and hi.

Take cajun spices (cumin, paprika(reg or smoked) chipolte, cayanne, garlic)
or any other spices you enjoy, and sprinkle it on the chicken.
press it on so the spices dont come off when you fry it.

Place it in a hot pan lower heat to med.

cook it until the bottom half of the chicken is white (bout 2-3 minutes.) then flip over*. pour a mix of 1/8cup water and 2tsp apple cider vinegar(or just 1/4 cup chicken broth instead of water/vinegar if you prefer) in the pan and cover. raise heat toa bit above med Cook for another 1-2min or until liquid is gone.

    * if the chick sticks pout 1 tbsp of cold water in the pan right next to the chicken, and swirl the pan around. This will loosen the chicken from the bottom. Use cold water because it can cause a more violent reactin with the pan loosening the chicken easier

For the sauce I like raspberry or blackberry vinagerette.

    2 tbsp red wine vinager
3-4 large tbsp raspberries or blackberries fresh is best frozen works too
1 tsp artificial sweetener or agave nectar*
    1/3 c light olive oil**
you can sub the oil for lemon juice to cut the calories back even more

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let dressing rest to allow the bubbles to disipate

    * I like agave nectar because of the taste and the Low Glycemic impact
** all olive oil, extra virgin or light has 14g of fat per tbsp, i use the light OO because it has a lighter color and flavor and doesnt take away from the berry flavor.

Wrap chicken and a bit of the sauce in a slightly steamed gabbage leaf for a crunchy wrap.

    Cheers mate.

I knows this is quite an old post, but a chicken breast recipe that I do which is delicious and takes 5 mins is:

-dice the chicken breast into chunks
-put in a frying pan with diced mushrooms, plenty of olive oil, paprika, black pepper, chilli powder, and garlic.
-squeeze some some lemon juice all over the chicken whilst still in the pan.
-keep in frying pan until cooked.
-place on a bed of lettuce/salad
-squeeze more lemon juice over the entire dish.
    - enjoy!!
