So on Monday I'm moving into my new house for college. Since I haven't payed for my classes yet I can't use my ID card to get into the rec center. So for the next week/week and half I'm planning on bringing a pair of dumbbell handles with 100lbs total (50lbs per handle). First of all I'm not going to have a bench. Also, I obviously can't do my normal split routine so I'm probably going to pull off a couple upper body and lower body workouts.
(For the next week and a half I have drumline till school starts. It consists of 14 hour days for the most part and I'm not going to have time to even find a gym or go to the college rec).
I can either get a good workout in real early in the morning or real late at night and I plan on keeping my calories real high.
So with this next week and a half coming up should I expect to lose some muscle or will the routine I plan on using keep me in shape?
