So I blew out my back pretty bad and have been told not to work out until I get the okay.
The question I have is how should I adjust my diet accordingly. Should I keep all of my protein intake, etc. at the level it has been while working out 5-6 days a week while I'm waiting to get better.

feel your pain man, Im in the same boat.
Ive had a succession of injuries....what I normally do is try & keep my protein intake the same (1gram per pund for me) but I normally go on a cut & eat below maintenance, so at least I feel like Im doing something & I can go longer once Im back training without dieting.
Thats what I do anyway!!:)
