Ehhh, could have been better.
Apple Protein Pie Beta Version
200g Liquid Egg White
1 Whole Egg
1 scoop ON Vanilla Casein
300g peeled apple, diced
1 cup no sugar added apple sauce
Cinnamon, Apple Pie Spice, Splenda
Next time I'll be using less liquid egg white and only 1/2 cup of apple sauce to see if it comes out a little richer. The abundance of liquid ingredients made it a little too loose for my liking."Nutrition for powerlifting: If you are serious about it, you will eat f*cking everything and get strong as $hit." - HamburgerTrain

1 cup oats
2 scoops chocolate protein
little dark cocoa powder for extra chocolatiness
~2/3 cup mini marshmallows(I used a little more)
30g dark chocolate chips
1 packet splenda
cook oats; mix in protein, cocoa powder, splenda; top with marshmallows and stick under broiler for 2-3 minutes; top with chocolate chips and enjoy. Chocolate chips start to melt all over your spoon when eating. One of my favorite proat meals!"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Phillipians 4:13

I slightly modified the one ErickSteven's posted in here:
8oz FF Cream Cheese
2 Whole Eggs
1 Packet Knox Gelatin
1 Tsp Nestle Cocoa Powder
3/4 pckg Cheesecake Sugar Free/Fat Free Jell-O
3 Tbsp Nestle Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
1 Tsp Almond Extract (This is what gives it a "cherry" flavor, you could use some SF Jello Cherry Flavor Mix or other syrup as well)
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Mix everything with a hand mixer and bake it for about thirty to forty minutes @ 350. Let it set for at least four hours in the fridge before eating.
For the Sludge "Icing", just make sludge per usual, spread it on the pie and set in freezer for 30 to 40 minutes
Wait until you see what I did with your Oatmeal Carrot SquaresTeam HALEO™ Rep

My meals have been pretty lame lately... but I did go pick up some different B&J's while grocery shopping today.
Way less chocolatey than I imagined. Great texture though.
Going to try some experimental stuff this week, so hopefully I'll get good eats to put in here.the crew that poop poop poops crews crew

Started carb-loading for tomorrow's 60km ultra-marathon:
Oddball's pumpkin pie (tin container had hole in the bottom, hence the tinfoil)
I still need another 750-800 calories in carbs before tonight. I'm tempted to get some B&J Fro-yo, even though ice cream / dairy the night before might not be the best idea. Suggestions? My log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144840161&page=3
