Pretty self explanatory. Ice Cream, Cereal, Peanut Butter, pieces of candy, syrup.. i just use whatever to hit the rest of my calories for the day. Sometimes ill toss in a banana on the side
Have not had a big cereal PWO meal in a while, was itching after I saw you post one. Digging to Pudding idea lately mixed with cereal and diced fruit (apples/strawberries/Bananas)

Jealosy
I just have to say how jealous I am to you Americans from the point of view of foodstuffs.
- Most importantly, I have to pay about 10 bucks for a Ben and Jerry, so I dont really buy it.
- You have the most awesome FF stuff. Even though the trend is again moving towards realy butter and whole stuff, its just so much easier to cook creatively using various FF products.
- I cant even find egg whites, and if I use whole eggs, I just dont feel like throwing food away.
- I would say meat is atleast 50% more expensive.
Because of lack of even proatmeal ingredients I had tried this: Add some apple and strawberry whey to a "add only milk" pudding mix. It was quite ok ^^
And then.. something truly healthy but most people do not enjoy the taste... natto.
Too bad I need 30 posts to link pictures.
