You know back is frustraiting for me to train. Its getting better but the mind muscle connection isn't fully there yet! I feel deads for sure and wow I was so sore from pullovers the other day thats going to be a new staple to the back routine but other that that I kind of just go through motions. I can move good weight most of the time but I have been trying to stay light just to work on the contraction and feeling what I am doing.

One hell of a pump going today thanks to NO beta and Creadyl!! Its been a couple weeks now. I feel I can give a much better review of the products at this point. That will come this weekend. I am back in school now so time is somewhat limited. Today was a stressful day at work, I just wasn't feeling the cardio.

Friday 8/27/10
Morning weight 196.00!!
Training: Legs
Squats
135x10
185x8
235x5
285x3
185x21
Seated leg press
210x15
210x15
Seated calve extensions
110x15
110x15
**training notes on the seated leg press I absolutely DO NOT lock out or fully extend my legs. That completely takes the tension of the muscles. Time under tension approach here.. ever done static wall sits?? They are a biotch!! same principle here just with weight.**
I also just want to note, and may have already, but eight months ago I had a complete ATF tear. The ATF or anterior talorfibular ligament is the most common ligament injured in eversion ankle sprains. Ligaments take a very long time to heal and the strength in my left ankle is still not fully up to par. So my leg training is being approached very mildly.
Cardio: 25 min walk, with an all out 150 meter sprint in the middle. I was going to do my usual jog but the legs felt like jelly.
Legs were smoked at this point, sweat dripping off my brow.. All the cardio has been really taking a toll on the volume of my leg training. Also to note, like most of my training days I take very little rest between sets. I am pondering an altercation to my diet and training approach this coming week. More to come this weekend!!Last edited by -jdflex-; 08-28-2010 at 07:42 AM.

Well bad news... after two weeks of dealing with this bull****. I find out I have lost my job. This more than likely means I will be pulling out of the contest because quite honestly I need to pinch pennies to pay bills FML. I was really trucking along with games. Today 9/10/2010 FML!

Hope you are able to land something pretty quick. I was laid off in the early 2000's and it took 9 months before I found a job.
