Thanks guys, just wanted to note that even though my leg day was lighter than normal I feel that my glutes and hams are a little over developed compared to my Quads. So I am going to be kinda rebuilding the wheels. I have narrowed my squat stance considerably and this really helps take the glutes and hams out of the lift for me.

Glad I have some people following this!! This journey will be much easier knowing this!! I was a little brief on my diet explanation so I will give some more details here for those interested.
As stated above I will be having five meals per day with the following macros..
42g protein, 15g fat, I am not counting trace carbs or not impact carbs. These carbs will not spike insulin levels. Keeping fat loss maxed out.
My protein sources include: whey or meal replacement (I consider this a meal), tilapia, chicken, turkey, lean cuts of beef, eggs, or egg whites.
My fat sources include: macadamia nut oil, extra virgin olive oil, peanut butter, almond butter, raw almonds, or as a by product from whole eggs or beef.
Two fruit servings per day, I usually have 130g blueberries.
Green veggies as desired. Usually 130g broccoli or green beans.
An example of what I may eat would be.
Meal 1
6oz tiliapia
tbsp mac nut oil
130g broccoli
Meal 2
2 scoop whey
32 gram peanut butter
130 gram blueberries
makes a great smoothie with ice!!
Meal 3
6oz tiliapia
tbsp mac nut oil
130g broccoli
Meal 4
2 scoop whey
32 gram peanut butter
130 gram blueberries
makes a great smoothie with ice!!
Meal 5
3 whole eggs
4 egg whites
Hope that helps.-jdflex-

Day 4
Weighed 200.4 this morning! Right on track. I expect to be around 198 by Saturday morning. I usually plan to drop 1.5-2.5 pounds per week. My Day 1 post was after a free meal the previous night so my weight was up from that. Anyway, down to business!!
I came home to a package at my door today!! Cracked open the NO beta bottled and popped down three caps. Within minutes I felt the beta-alanine, surging through my veins!! Oh yea, this is going to be bad a$$. Mixed up my Creadyl and began sipping as I was changing into my gym wears. I purchased the orange cream, and was surprised that I didn't mind the taste at all. Normal with supplements orange has not been my favorite but I can rock this.
No Beta
Mood- 10/10 I was ready to go today. Feeling the beta-alanine surge helped!
Alertness- 10/10 No groggy head feeling today.
Recovery- 10/10 felt nice and recovery in-between sets.
Focus- 10/10 I am in contest prep. Duh!
Pump- 10/10 Chest was pumping good today, lasted long time as well.
Strength- 5/10 strength felt down today. I could tell from the first plate I picked up.
Energy- 10/10 again energy was rocking today, feeling a little week doesn't stop me from going at it hard.
Taste- 10/10 hard to rate, pills don't bother me at all.
Nasty- Not sure about this.. I will be darn right nasty come the end of this prep lol.
Overall- 9/10 My perfect score will come after I see what this does to me on one of my drag a$$ days. I love the beta-alanine rush, and pump seemed good. Time will tell.
Creadyl

Nasty- Not sure about this.. I will be darn right nasty come the end of this prep lol.
Overall- 7/10 Hard to tell on day one, we will see how my recovery and strength do over the next few weeks. I know that my body does not do well with plain old creatine mono, so I need an ethyl ester. Back in high school, I did use a creatine product heavily loaded with sugar (if that doesn't give it away). Anyway this worked wonders by wreaked havoc on my stomach. Also anyone dieting can't be consuming all that sugar taking away the loading properties. So I am very excited to try a hyped up ethyl ester product.
Training: chest
Barbell bench

CreaDyl is more than a hyped up Ethyl Ester product, bro! It has 3 forms of creatine. Last year, CreaDyl helped my strength quite a bit.

Day 5
weight this morning was 200.4. No training today. I woke up and and my three caps of NO Beta and a serving of BCAA prior to my morning cardio session. I felt very alert all day. I had two servings of Creadyl and like the taste a little more today. Again normally I am not a fan of orange but this is pretty good actually.
Cardio: Twenty min jog.
Today was also a refeed day. My last meal had the normal 42p, 15f macro breakdown but I add carbs to this meal on Wednesday. My body handles yams the best of all carbs. This is what my refeed meal consist of.
400g yams topped with 32g almond butter, low sugar jelly and honey.
I limit water intake after this meal to avoid spilling over. This works very well for me.
Arms tomorrow!!-jdflex-

I checked out your starting pics, looks like you got a good foundation ready to be exposed as you cut. I noticed your macro split on your first post, that mix looks like one of the diet plans on the SciVation web site. Is that where you got that diet?

Day 6
199.2 This morning!
I woke up tired. Popped my three pills of NO Beta and felt very aware and focused all day at work. I didn't drink as much water as normal the past couple of days. I could tell that I was dehydrated. I had my first serving of Creadyl this morning between meals and the second serving about an hour prior to training. When I returned home after work I had serving number two of No Beta. I really like this product already! Then I was off to the gym. Training went ok today. I felt a little weak and fatigued, no doubt from not being properly hydrated. I couldn't get much of a pump going and what I did get did not last long. What a bummer, tonight and tomorrow goal and to slam down some extra water. This day is behind me I am looking leaner every day, weight is dropping. No worries here. Going to rest up and get ready for tomorrow. I will log my training below.
Training: Arms

How often are you doing the carb re-load? Do you feel weak while you're doing the no-carbs?

Nah, Usually I feel pretty good. I will refeed Wednesday and have a free meal Saturday night for now anyway. My free meal will eventually turn into a clean refeed at a later time. Usually energy stays high and I feel good. Sometimes I will be a little flat but as long as water intake stays high and I don't get lazy on my fruits and veggies that is not an issue. If anything I just run out of gas a little earlier than normal. But thats ok, I am trying to stimulate and maintain muscle right now, not add size.
Over time I have found that I don't cut fat as quickly with starchy carbs like oatmeal and sweet potatoes are in my diet every day. I know that I can diet down that way and get lean just fine but I feel like hell all the time. Usually very tired and lethargic. Those are my main reasons for choosing this path for cutting.
By the same token, I am no slave to my diet either. If I am feeling tired I will have a clean meal with some carbs like a sub on whole wheat or something along those lines as long as it is clean.-jdflex-
