    - Any other brands I should consider? I don’t want anything cheap I will have problems with.

    - Is 24 inches working space comfortable for squat and bench?

I had a powertec rack 10 years ago that I regrettably sold and I can’t remember how big it was exactly.
24 inches working space is fine unless you have lousy form.

I have an old commercial York rack with 26" inside. I have a permanently mounted monolift for benching. I also have short pins on the front uprights for holding my squat bar. I have about 8" of front-to-back room when squatting. That is plenty of room as long as I don't let my form break.

I have a tendancy to drift forward when squatting. So I always start a bit to the rear, leaving more space up front. But 8" does not leave much leeway for drifting. Having little room forces me to focus on my form, which is good.

+1 I am on my 2d rack with 24" depth, this 1 a Rogue, & the depth is a total non-issue for me. The only exception is that it's too tight for a monolift, per Rogue customer service, if that matters to you.

If you use a monolift attachment, for bench or for squats, then you plant your feet, lift, and do not move at all. If you end up moving, maybe the weight is too heavy for you.

Rogue's own monolift attachments have about 17 inches extending, so they will fit on their 24 inch power racks, the R3, RML3 or RM3.

I have mono hooks and and can use them in a 24" space. As mentioned, you don't move your feet so you don't need a bunch of space.

Maybe so, all I know is what Rogue customer service told me: Rogue doesn't recommend the Rogue monolift attachment for use in the RML-3, which is the rack I have.

Nothing too exciting, but my Ultra Pro rack was like 3/4" too short to OHP full ROM inside. Cut some 2x6s to make 1.5" risers; can't hit the top with an axle bar anymore. A little cheaper than spending $500+ on reverse jcups/spotter arms that I don't really have room for right now anyway. Still need to clean up but pretty happy with a virtually free solution.

Good call. I added a 1/2" block of oak under a Titan rack extension so it could be used on my RML-490. It was the difference between $150 and $600+.

thanks for the thread, first of all!

Hope Im on the right subforum with my question.

    Thanks in advance!

Maybe I misunderstand, but are these to support a barbell like j-hooks? 10mm sounds really small.

Do there exist any rack systems that allow a leg developer with a pulley (or cam) to attach to a selectorized lat/low-pulley system?

edit: I found this video, showing that such a thing exists for the super-expensive FT2 system:

edit2: I can't post the link, but search youtube for "FT2 Leg Extension Leg Curl Demo Fred" and you'll see what i mean. Perhaps some kind soul can post the link instead.

But it at least it shows that the idea has merit!

So it should be possible for someone to create a generic bench and leg developer with a pulley wheel and extension that can attach to an arbitrary low-pulley system. The system linked above has two pulleys, and I suspect a single pulley system might pull to one side unless there were a way to route the cabling to minimize the "yaw" leverage.

Has anyone seen a generic bench/leg developer product that can do this?

    Embedded video for you:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q01guPENH38

Interesting accessory for a functional trainer.

You would need two pulleys like in the video so that you can use both weight stacks. Otherwise, the weight would be too light for many lifters.

Although the bench could be generic, the attachment of the bench to the functional trainer would have to be custom (or specific) to the specific FT.

I have an update on this, for anyone who is interested: I happened across a guy on Youtube who uses Rogue mono attachments in a 24" rack (Brimhall Barbell Club), so I bought a set. It is a little awkward moving them to different locations on the rack, but it works fine--wish I'd bought them sooner. However I see that Rogue now has a version 2.0 & they're even better, much smaller so much easier to move around on the rack.

Your setup makes mine look like a baby haha I got mine from NC Fitness Gear in Australia, I love it.

[QUOTE=murphyreedus;1629655303]Nothing too exciting, but my Ultra Pro rack was like 3/4" too short to OHP full ROM inside. Cut some 2x6s to make 1.5" risers; can't hit the top with an axle bar anymore. A little cheaper than spending $500+ on reverse jcups/spotter arms that I don't really have room for right now anyway. Still need to clean up but pretty happy with a virtually free solution.

Does anyone know if the Titan T3 3x2 attachments (2×3 TUBING, 5/8″ PEGS) fit the Rep PR3000 (1.97″X3.15″) TUBING, 5/8″ PEGS?

Rep D/C the Pr3000 shortly after I purchased it and having difficulty finding attachments.

Looking at those dimensions alone. The titan stuff will most likely fit if you remove the UMHW on the inside.

Titan T3 and your Rep racks are actually metric. The T3 is 50mm x 75mm. The Rep is 50mm x 80mm.
I noticed this when I was drilling extra holes in my T2 rack and the spacing was not aligning with my standard measuring tape.
This page says Titan attachments will likely fit a true 2X3.

As BiGx5MurF suggested, the Titan stuff should work with some modification. Your user name tells me that taking some thickness off the UMHW pads would not be a problem.

    The Flash Jacket

The Flash Oliver Queen Leather Jacket
The Flash Oliver Queen Leather Jacket is produced using excellent Certifiable cowhide. The coat is accessible in a hypnotizing Burgundy variety which gives it a creative and charmed look. The neckline of the coat is stand-up style. It has a marked YKK front zipper conclusion.

A delicate gooey inward covering of the coat keeps you warm and loose. The sleeves of the blaze Stephen Amell maroon cowhide coat are full-length and fitted with open sew sleeves. The coat has two vertical zipper pockets at the center, two side abdomen pockets for keeping stuff. The coat is the specific clone of the one worn by the person in the series. The fine quality sewing of the Oliver Sovereign maroon calfskin coat makes it sturdy and agreeable to wear. The Flash Oliver Queen Leather Jacket is great for a night out with companions.
