p.s. - to big, dumb and husky. You are in luck I dont have a cam becuase I am pretty sure I could hit at least a single with 315 on the bench right now. 280 for 5 tonight. Slowly adding a nice 5lbs a week to what I do for 5. Bodyweight is holding stread 192-195 in the morning.

Get your knee pads ready. I still have almost 5 months to train and record it.

4 - 6 weeks of 7 12's on the night shift isnt gonna leave me alot of time for much of anything so Im glad I got 495 on the board for the deadlift comp
