A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

I have a buddy about 5'4" 350 or so that's lost 25# and one of his powerlifting buddies (a TN state record holder) swears by it. Just checking around.

my wife and I tried it for a month (ok so I was humoring her because she wanted to see if it worked and I thought maybe if she "believed" it worked it would help her to lose weight).
it didn't do sh!t and was very expensive.
who knows it may be healthy, but any "supplement" that pushes its multi-level marketing as much as its products I tend to be leery of.
in b4 next 2 year bump!

When a friend tries to sell me some expensive new miracle supplement, I tend to think it's a scam. That's only happened to me twice. The first time was noni juice, the second time was this stuff. I don't know anything about the supposed miracle plant behind this one, but if it's great why can't we buy it directly like any other herbal supplement? If it works, it should be available at regular supplement stores without having to go through the multilevel pyramid scheme.

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
