hi im looking for information on how to train, routine, not diet.
do you know of any guru's or teachers or authors or anything like that where i can get quality info on how to train? (preferably in audio format)

Not in audio format but you can go to the iffbb section and look at the top and there are stickies with pro bodybuilders with dozens of pages of questions that have been answered.

You could give 'Starting Strength' by Mark Rippetoe a shot. Its an excellent program. If you can't find it in your local stores, Amazon.com has it.
