    Creatine recommendation?

I have 2 tubs of Creacore that I have been given and honestly have not noticed any results after a month of using 2 scoops post workout. Monohydrate seems to make me **** my brains out, so does anyone have some recommendations? thanks!

If you don't like creatine mono I'd suggest Green Mag or Green Bulge. Sometimes green mag gives me the ****s too but it's rare

Look at your training programme, and diet.If any of these are substandard than you will quickly reach a plateau and not progress. Most people who buy all these supplements would get better results if they improved their diet and training. Most supplements out there don't work, and for the few that do need to be used with a proper training and diet regime.

Not much, maybe a slight strength/size increase and quicker recovery time.

Everyone is speaking highly of greenmag, may have to give that a shot.

any form of creatine is not magic. the normal attributes of creatine will be shorten recovery time, some help with the DOMs,and slight increase in strength. as for size increase not so much. hopefully green mag works better for you
