Same one my gym has. I don't mind using it, actually.
I found a neat way to do weighted crunches. You know those gay plastic square things that are always stacked up in the corner of your gym? The ones you put a platform on. Take a few, stack them up on each side of your decline bench. Set a dumbbell on each, so you can grab the dumbbell when already in the decline bench. Hold them and do your sit ups. Much easier than trying to finagle a plate(s) up there.I remove my shirt to poop crew

1: Barry, are we losing our minds?
2: Could be, Other Barry. Could be.
Barry & Other Barry quickly became some of my favorite characters on the show.
One of my all time favorite moments was Season 3, Episode 8 (Skin Game). When he beats up Brett in the elevator and leaves him laying in their beaten and bloodied. Then, with the blood, he writes on the wall, "Barry was here". Then in smaller font he puts "So was Other Barry". Cracked me up.

Yeah, my current car is horrible for it. Actually all of my cars have been bad for it (sports cars) but the current one is definitely terrible.
I envy trucks for that reason.
All triceps exercises hit all three heads. It is a matter of emphasis.
Amserious. Free weights aren't always the best, contrary to the hard core zealots beliefs. For instance, CGBP can be quite effective on the smith machine. I know JM Press is similar to the cgbp, so I wasn't sure.-

That is still retarded.
High rep or low rep, when stretching the long head with an overhead moment (e.g., skulls) it is a primarily a long head movement.
High rep or low rep, when the triceps engage, all three heads activate to some extent or the other. It is always the strength advocates who will say "This move hits all three heads of the triceps". I've heard that same exact statement said about CGBP, OH extension, triceps dips, Parallel bar dips and god knows how many others.
I'm sorry, I am disinclined to follow your statements based on Pavel's teachings.-
