Been training about 16 years off and on
I have been in a bench shirt two times in my life not a big fan of them but wouldn't rule out ever using them in the future.
My Squat and Dead lift are both in the low 700 range but I don't ever do less than triples on either exercise I have a bad left knee and right ankle.
I plan on doing a raw bench press comp in the near future.

Easily the most impressive video i've seen on here ina long time, perhaps ever..
"i dont know man i try to maintain low bw and gain stregth because what good is stregth if your using half of it to move your body. high stregth plus low body weight equals intense explosion. i think a guy like irish kid or gray horse would mess bs up in a fight due to kickness and probably better punch stregth explosion. i still wouldnt wanna fight bser though hed wreck me due to the size advantage and my legs arent up to par to make me a stregth conter" Sickonstorm

Monday: All Heavy Chest,Shoulders,Triceps
Tuesday: Heavy Legs
Wednesday: Heavy Back and Biceps
Thursday: Cardio,Core
Friday: Light Weight/Speed focus Chest,Shoulders,Rotator cuff,Triceps
Saturday: Light Back and Biceps Heavy Traps and Forearms
Sunday: OFF
On the Light days I only take about one minute rest between sets on heavy days closer to 3-4 minutes.
By Thursday your ATP is going to be sapped so the cardio is light low paced just get the blood moving.
On Friday the speed part is the bench and close grip bench I tend to lift everything faster than average but the rest of the exercises is more focused on pump and deep stretch.
That's a real quick overview if anyone wants to know specific exercises or anything else just ask.
