My friend of mine told me I'm not yet strong enough to deadlift or do shoulders on their own. He said I could probably do so now if I were to take creatine, but I told I'm trying to stay natural.
Do you think so? I'm not quite sure what else I could add!... Please give advice!... Thanks!...
