im 18 years old. 5-11", 160lbs. i have a about 14% body fat. i have most of my fat in my stomach and its pissing me off. i want to bulk up but i want to lose this stomach fat. which should i focus on first? some one recommended that i should get my BF% a little less then 10% then bulk up. is this good? iv been working out since feb.
if i need to bulk up how much calories should i take?
