About a week ago i injured my right (dominant shoulder) doing incline bench.
I still have full motion on my shoulder. I can stretch it and do windmill warm ups on it with out much pain. The pain is coming from the top of my shoulder. I have been putting warm compressions such as bengay and warming pads and it has gotten better over the last week but i still feel a pain when i do bicep curls, flat bench and when i do front& side delt workouts.
Can anyone give me any advice on this?
