Any plans of mass destruction for the weekend? I actually had a rest day today. I'll probably do chest and quads tomorrow. I'm going to try and split up legs and do back/hammies for something different.

Awesome workout! Very happy with those pullups, weighing in at 162 these days, light Ham is light, eating everything I can get my hands on to counter this 4500cal/day burn from work, srs. Rows were feeling heavy today so I backed off a bit there, not sure if it's cause I'm rowing mini fridges and all kinds of furniture at work all day erry day or what lol. I dunno what is up, places must be offering free shipping on furniture or something, but I am getting a crapload of 120-150lb boxes of furniture lately, usually going to people that live on the third floor of their appartment complex no elevator lulz. BRB throwing that shiz on my back like a squat bar and hauling ass up the stairs to get it off me asap, meh it works.
You guys remember that weird lady who was being all weird with me while I was in the sauna a couple weeks ago? She was back today and I swear she is trolling me. Who are you?! Show yourself! I know you must be from this site! lol Was chilling by the pool after sauna time minding my own business and she starts staring me down from the pool. We make eye contact and I'm like wtf, and she keeps staring at me, then does the one eyebrow raised thing and continues to stare for like a minute lolol. I'm like ahhhh wtf, did I forget to put on my swimsuit, do I have some weird growth coming out of my face?! I must find out who this crazy woman is.Current PRs:

Hey Auntie Ham!
Been lurking and cheering you awesome PR's from my stupid phone that hates posting on this stupid app
I think we may have twin kitties with your tabby. I have a cat at my parents house that looks a like him, at first I was like "How da fuk did Riddick get to Ham's house!?" At least he would be in good company if he did
Oh lawd, at your ebay story. At least it got resolved but got damn is that stupid. I swear you have the worst luck with things like this.
WTF is wrong with that woman? Seriously I would be so creeped out by her... but you could always
Why does it always come down to killing things with fire... slight pyro... ok major pyro.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.
