    I want to compete

    Hi guys,

Well, I am interested if there's any competition for guys weighting between 150 and 160 lbs. Or, how much should I weight to be in on stage.

there are many weight classes to compete in... not sure how lean you are but if you weigh 150-160 right now odds are you will be lighter come contest time... very few people walk around for long periods of time stage lean

I'm around 6 - 7% bodyfat now. Around 150-155 lbs and competition is on Oct 23, 2010. I'm assuming I'll change my physique a lot since now to Oct 23.

So, if I get on that competition, I'll compete with guys of my same weight? Or with guys of 200 lbs? dam.

You should start going to bbing shows..

You will get an idea of how it works... The weigh classes are like boxing ...

If you go to a show you will get an idea of how it works...

Your not going to be compared to the 225plus super heavyweight unless you both win your classes and battle for the overall..
