    alternative for seated leg curls?

I am doing GVT and it shows seated leg curls in the routine, however i do not have the proper equipment at home to do these and am wondering what else i can do in place of these? i found an alternative for the standing calf raises, ill just use dumbbells for those. Thanks

    Really well thought out answer....

However, if you knew GVT at all, you would know squats are key and are included in every GVT leg workout Ive ever seen. Leg curls are supersetted with them usually. OP, you can do SLDL's or RDL's to superset with squats.

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

--The proper plural form of the Latin adjective biceps is bicipites, a form not in general English use. Instead, biceps is used in both singular and plural (i.e., when referring to both arms). The form bicep [sic], although common even in professional contexts, is considered incorrect. (from Wikipedia)
