just wondering. how often do you guys do cardio and when do you do it. i have started jogging in the mornings right when i wake up on an empty stomach. when i'm done jogging i consume 30 grams of carbs and 30 grams of protein. my qustion is though, what about later in the day after lifting? what should i take then? i mean, i cant really take in carbs although i need them cause then it will screw up my diet. it is tough for me to just do cardio on off days cause i only have 2 of them and i like to just loaf it on one of those days. oh yeah. what do your guys' routines look like?

I could never do cardio for 45 minutes straight....damn... The most I do is 10-15 minute moderate to high intensity.....I try to do that 3 times a week.... comments??
