Just curious. I'm totally out of the loop. I haven't owned any supplements in 3 years or so, and got all my results (yes, I DID gain 29 lbs in 6 1/2 weeks, as my sig says, and no, I don't have pictures to document it, because I don't care enough) using just good ol' lifting and food. Don't wanna fork out extra money when I don't have to. I've used creatine before and it has its practical (not just aesthetic purposes) but what is the practical lifting purpose of NoX?

i think it's basically the main ingredient in viagra. it allows blood to rush into the muscle... maybe i'm wrong though, it's late and i should be in bed
