LET ME EXPLAIN:
Bad workout, I wasn't into it at all. After powercleans I actually wanted to call it quits haha, but I couldn't do that this early to myself. I did shorten the workout though, as I skipped Bis and Abs. The powercleans were sorta ugly, the last 2 reps on the 255 weren't something I would be particularly proud of but I'll get my form right soon enough. The squats aren't were I want them yet. Last week I did 405 for 1 set of 3, this week I did them 2 sets of 3 so I guess that is a positive. I did DLs for the first time and man, I am incredibly disappointed. I undershot my last working set by 30lbs (I wanted to be doing 485). It might be because I power cleaned and squatted first but still, I am going to have to revamp my workout so that I deadlift first thing on tuesdays (I just usually care more about my squat then my DLs). After one set of front squats my knee felt weird so I said F*ck it, I'll get them better on Thursday.
