    Thanks if I had scrolled up alittle I probably would have noticed you posted it to chaz!!!!

    Did you modify it for bench and squat? Or same criteria all the way through. I am seriously thinking of using this for my big 3 as well after I get bac off leave in 2 weeksish lol. I am going to start on week one though(I noticed you said you went to week 2 off the jump) just to test it out. I like the set/rep progression scheme. I will ofcourse have to test my one reppers before starting though I just repped my old squat max for three reps today lol
    You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

    LET ME EXPLAIN: If you have been following my trials and tribulations you will know that I have had major knee pain. Well I have done a lot of stretching, icing and taking anti inflamatories and it is at about 85% right now so I decide it was good enough squat. Anyway holy fuck I failed on presses so horrendously tonight! I can't believe I failed on teh bench now I need to repeat that week, while I continue on to next week w/ the squats. I just wasn't into it today, been a lot on my mind lately. The squats were awesome, if you saw my last video you might notice that I didn't really use a lot of speed and only went to a little bit below parallel. Well after watching some vids of my home boy Pat Mendez I tried his technique and not only did I go lower but It felt a lot smoother and easier...I have no idea why I was so against using the stretch reflex to it's fullest potential. I have also decided to emphasize my hamstrings since that might be a cause to knee problems...problem is that I was afraid to get them too sore since I got ort deadlifts in 2 days. No coolface.jpg today guys, the presses (my strongest lift) have me depressed

    dude I am very worried that I can't keep up w/ the ort bench press...385 felt 10x heavier than I thought...if you go through my logt you'd see I used to do singles w/ 385. I mean it's like I only gained .5 rep...WTF!!!

    LET ME EXPLAIN: I was actually gonna say screw it and not workout as I spent the whole day drinking at the bar and watching the Giants curb stomp the Texans. I really didn't want to lift so I just did the ORT Deadlift. In sum, next week squat and deadlift go up 10lbs and I do the same weight on the bench for next week.

    Lulz at you "not feeling like working out" and then pulling my max deadlift 4 ttimes! Good workout but you might want to edit your notes I think you meant squats and deads go up while bench stays the same. Right now it says bench and squat go up but bench stays the same..... jus sayin

    Strong deads today. What does the .2 mean?
