    I couldn't open a new thread so I will ask here.
    Insted of buying expensive nitric oxide pre-workout supps I was thinking of buying a potassium nitrate powder from ebay in kilo sizes.
    I would dose it correctly (500-700mg)with a digital scale and stack it with creatine/beta alanine/vit c/dextroze.
    What do you think about the idea, would it be as effective as other preworkouts with creatine nitrate in it and would it be safe?

    I've been doing this for quite some time. Very well worth it.

    Just make sure to use a source that isn't intened for firework displays.

    I currently use Nutriguard Potassium Nitrate, and love out. I'd start off dosing it at around 300mg about 45min preworkout to assess your reaction, and go from there.

    I try to order in bulk for that very reason.

    They recently had some construction going on or something, and my last order had a 10-day delay prior to shipping.

    I'd have to assume it's become a hot item for them lately, so hopefully they'll get their chit together sooner than later.
